SoAmpli invited to share unique approach to customer success at LinkedIn event

Last Thursday, April 7th the SoAmpli customer success team spent a very exciting evening at the gorgeous LinkedIn’s London offices on New Oxford Street.

Featured as a guest speaker of the Customer Success Meet-up, SoAmpli’s very own Margherita – Maggie – Maspero sharing her unique experience at SoAmpli. The talk – followed by a lively Q&A session – focused on the unique challenges of what she called “the fine art of dual customer success management”; how to approach customer success when the decision maker responsible for the purchase of a service or product is not the actual end user? To discuss the topic, a large group of fellow professionals and industry experts from a variety of companies.

Other speakers included Zahoor Ahmed, from, and Ciara Fogarty, from Clarizen. While Zahoor shared with the audience some key learnings from his journey through Sales and Customer Success, Ciara discussed the transition from Customer Growth to Customer Retention, providing best practices on how to manage this fundamental shift.

Following the discussion, it was time for refreshments, networking and… pizza! The night provided brilliant opportunities to share our extensive learning on the subject of social media advocacy and customer success with other industry specialists.
